Data show indeed a growth in game developing, in 2014 it has been estimated that more than 100 gaming firms has been opened, mostly established in the last three years. Founders are young entrepreneurs (30% is less than 30 years old), with tech-scientific education and a strong international vocation with the result of distributing their products mainly abroad.

AESVI, the Italian Association for Videogame Developers, and dPixel, consulting firm specialized in Venture Capital, taking into account this growing sector, announced their partnership dedicated to private funding. This collaboration will firstly consist of two-days  workshop, on 6 & 7 October held by dPixel, in order to present all private funding opportunities to game developers.

The workshop will cover several topics such as how to create a successful investor pitch and raise funds, how to drive a successful user acquisition plan and which metrics must be analyzed.

On these two last topics, Filippo Satolli, COO of Instal.com will focus his speech “The Apps business: from the acquisition process to the metrics optimization”. Instal, partner of several important gaming firms such as King.com (enterprise which created important games such as Candy Crush, Pet Rescue, etc.), has developed a deep expertise into the Gaming Industry helping its clients to maximize performances and to focus on important metrics.
