All together: Instal Summer Convention 2016

Last week the Instal team got immersed into the nature for a unique experience of canyoning which was an amazing opportunity to spend quality time together outside of the office.

Throughout our day at Bagni di Lucca, we engaged in water trekking down a beautiful canyon surrounded by calmness and tranquillity of the environment composed mainly of water and rocks. Proceeding over subsequent natural barriers down the creek we learned how to work in team to move forwards more efficiently. Besides that, we could clearly appreciate the stress releasing aspect of the adventure as well as enjoy learning to refer to each other in a less formal manner and find out each other’s strengths.

This unique adventure was a refreshing and exciting experience that allowed us to unleash creative energy and simply have fun!

Our day at Bagni di Lucca was also an opportunity to share internally all results achieved in the first six months of the year and to focus on the goals and strategies planned for the near future. The entire team actively participated at the presentation highlighting detailed facts and results from each area of the company and sharing their view and feelings about the future.

A day, therefore, full of excitement and satisfaction, both at the personal and professional level, spent together by the team. It looks like the convention has contributed to keeping us even more motivated and committed.
